Some of the most common obstacles to feeling well are not dramatic things to add, but ordinary habits worth quietly dropping.

Habits worth reconsidering

Eating while distracted — in front of a screen, in a hurry — tends to lead to overeating and poor digestion. Skipping meals then overeating later is harder on digestion than three or four regular, moderate meals. Chronic under-sleeping undermines almost everything else on this page — diet, mood and immunity all suffer first when sleep is cut short. Holding in the urge to eliminate because of a busy schedule, discussed on the cleanliness and elimination page. Constant low-grade stress without any deliberate rest or quiet time built into the day.

Why this list, not a longer one

None of these are dramatic on their own, which is exactly why they are easy to overlook — and exactly why addressing them tends to produce noticeable improvement without needing anything more elaborate.
