Books that shaped the modern urine therapy movement, for anyone who wants to read the tradition's own case in full rather than my summary of it.
The Water of Life: A Treatise on Urine Therapy — John W. Armstrong (1944). The book that started the modern Western movement, written by the British naturopath who began prescribing urine regimens to patients from 1918 onward.
Second World Conference on Urine Therapy — Coen van der Kroon (ed.), published 2000. A record of talks and papers from the second international gathering.
The Golden Fountain: The Complete Guide to Urine Therapy — Coen van der Kroon. A widely cited modern overview of the practice and its claimed uses.
All of the books above are written by practitioners and advocates, not as independent scientific reviews. They are useful for understanding what the tradition believes and why, which is exactly what this section of the site is for — but they should not be read as clinical evidence, and I have not included them here as such.
Everything on this site is a personal account and a record of traditional practice. It is shared for information and reflection. It is not medical advice, not a diagnosis, and not a treatment for any disease.
If you are unwell — and particularly if you have a serious illness such as cancer, diabetes or heart disease — please stay under the care of a qualified doctor. Nothing here should replace that care or delay it. Talk to your physician before changing anything about how you eat, fast or treat yourself.
